Terms and Conditions

As part of the submission procedure to obtain services from Grant My Wishes, you (the participants), on behalf of your association, acknowledge that the value of Grant My Wishes and its contents, such as: gifts, services, goody bags, cards are vital to our mission achievement and character of Grant My Wishes organization. Therefore, if you are accepted into Grant My Wishes program, you concur to the subsequent terms and conditions governing the content and distribute Grant My Wishes product(s)/service(s) to the rightful owner of the gift(s):

a) You agree that you will distribute the products provided by Grant My Wishes such as gifts, goody bags, cards, services as soon as you receive them, except as provided in item (b) below.

b) You understand and acknowledge that any individual item in the goody bag(s) may contain items that may not be suitable for certain children by reason of age, mental ability, handicap and/or other reasoning and therefore agree to accept full responsibility for inspecting each item in the goody bag(s) prior to distribution and for insuring that each goody bag(s) is distributed appropriately, and/or that any item(s) deemed unsuitable for each recipient child are to be removed for that child.

c) You agree that you will not add any item to the gift package, substitute any item for an item already contained in the gift package, or revise or modify any item in the gift package, without Grant My Wishes prior written approval. 

d) You understand by being an Agency Affiliate you must agree to monthly reports, you agree to complete and return the Grant My Wishes Recipient Data Report. Completing this form is a requirement for becoming an affiliate with Grant My Wishes. The report must consist of total gifts, services, goody bags, cards received, and how the gifts affect the child’s well-being. 

e) By sending in photos or videos, you agree that pictures and videos will be posted on social media and on Grant My Wishes website without notice. There will be no compensation for photos or videos.

f) You as an Agency Affiliate agree to handle all transportation requirements if any to and from any day camps/camps or extracurriculars activities, fun place destination, and/or lessons. 

g) You understand that submitting a wish for a child may not be granted, all wishes are granted by Community Influencers (WISH SPONSORS) who donates the funds to purchase the gift(s). 

h) As an Agency Affiliate (the participate) agree to only submit wishes that are in the best interest for the child(ren) who are requesting the item.

i) Regarding changes we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

j) Grant My Wishes is a registered trademark of the Grant My Wishes Organization and may not be used for any purpose without the express written permission of the Grant My Wishes Organization.

k) You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Grant My Wishes and its authorized agents, employees, officers, and representatives, against all claims, lawsuits, costs, damages, and judgments

 incurred, either claimed or awarded to any third party whether for personal injury or otherwise.
